There was a strong discussion around cultural change and the challenges across generations. How do we address this cultural context?

Thanks for creating this wonderful opportunity for people to come together and dialogue. I found everyone in the episode 1 of "The New Normal" remarkably talented. The conversations were stimulating and challenging. This question on cultural change could re-surface different views and perspectives. It could be difficult to find consensus about the idea of 'change', in particular, in terms of what do we want to change from 'what culture' to 'what culture' when we don't recognize or see 'culture'.
